Vortex OS is the platform our engineers built to run Vortex Media — every task, every approval, every client report, in one place. It has run our studio since we built it. We are opening it to other agencies who are tired of running a studio on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

Send a client a link, not a login. They open the work in a browser, approve or comment, and the task moves. No account for them to forget.
Previews that look like the post
Creative is reviewed the way it will actually appear on the feed, so a client approves the real thing rather than a crop in a slide.
Locked once approved
An approved item cannot be quietly edited afterwards. What the client signed off is what goes out, and the record says so.
A full audit trail
Every status change, who made it and when, kept on the task. When someone asks why a post went live on Tuesday, the answer is on the screen.
Reporting the client can read
Campaign performance, content in flight, cost per lead and what ships next — the same view your client sees, so nobody waits for a deck.

What agency owners

Can we buy Vortex OS today?
Not yet. Vortex OS runs our own agency and we are opening it to a small number of other agencies first. Tell us about your studio and we will add you to that list.
Do our clients need an account?
No. Clients receive a link, open the work in a browser and approve or comment there. Logins are for your team only, which is the single biggest reason approvals actually come back.
What happens to work after a client approves it?
It locks. An approved item cannot be edited afterwards without that showing on the record, so what the client signed off is what ships.
Can we see what changed on a job?
Yes. Every status change is kept with the person who made it and the time it happened, on the task itself.
Who built it?
Our own engineering department, for our own studio. It was not bought in and configured — it was built against the way the work actually runs here, and it has been in daily use ever since.
