1. Who owns the work
Final deliverables we create specifically for you — creative, campaign assets, copy, designs and bespoke code — transfer to you on full payment. Working files are provided on request where the licence allows.
2. What stays with us
Our pre-existing methods, frameworks, internal tooling and the Vortex OS platform remain our property. Where a deliverable includes them, you receive a perpetual licence to use them as part of that deliverable.
3. Licensed material
Stock imagery, fonts, music and third-party plugins are licensed, not owned. We tell you which licence applies and what it permits before it is used in your work.
4. Confidentiality
We sign an NDA on request before the first call. Client information is shared internally on a need-to-know basis, credentials are held in a password manager rather than in chat or email, access is named and least-privilege, and access is revoked at offboarding.
5. Portfolio use
We may reference your name and show work publicly once it is live, unless your agreement says otherwise. Tell us and we will keep the engagement confidential.
6. Conflicts
Where we are asked to work with a direct competitor in the same category and territory, we disclose it and either decline or agree exclusivity in writing.
