A marketing department you can afford to be impatient with
Enterprise-grade marketing at startup speed, without an enterprise headcount.
The problems that are specific to you.
You need eight skills and can hire two
Strategy, design, copy, media buying, web, analytics, video, legal. Hiring for all of it is impossible early; hiring for some of it means the rest is done badly by whoever has time.
Freelancers do not add up to a team
Five good freelancers still means five briefs, five invoices, five calendars and nobody who owns the outcome.
Everything is needed at once
The site, the deck, the launch, the trademark and the analytics are all urgent in the same fortnight, usually before there is a process for any of them.
The gap this fills
A business doing five to fifty crore in revenue needs roughly the same marketing functions as one doing five hundred. It cannot pay for them the same way.
The usual answer is a patchwork: a designer on retainer, a freelance media buyer, a cousin’s friend who built the website, and the founder holding it together at eleven at night. It works, expensively, until something needs all four of them to agree.
What we actually give you
One team covering strategy, creative, media, engineering, content, events and brand protection, on one contract, with one person accountable for the number. Roughly the cost of two senior hires, for a function that would take eight.
We start with the foundations — domain, workspace, analytics, tracking, accounts, all registered in your name — because without them nothing that follows can be measured. Then a scope with working output in the first month rather than a long build in the dark.
The honest limit
There is a point where this stops being the right shape. When your volume can keep specialists busy full-time, an in-house team is better and cheaper. We would rather help you hire them and step back to the parts you still cannot justify internally than argue for a retainer you have outgrown.
Everything runs monthly with thirty days’ notice. No lock-in, on purpose.
One contract, one accountable partner
Strategy, creative, media, engineering and brand protection under a single agreement, with one person answerable for the result.
Foundations in the first fortnight
Domain, workspace, analytics, tracking and accounts set up in your name before anything is spent — so the first campaign is measurable.
Build in phases, see something early
Scoped so there is working output in weeks, not a six-month silence followed by a reveal.
Across time zones
We work with clients in six countries. Reporting is written to be read asynchronously rather than explained on a call at an inconvenient hour.
Usually some combination of these four.
Digital Marketing
Performance-driven growth, measured weekly rather than quarterly.
Web & Technology
The same engineers who ship our own platform build for our clients.
Branding & Creative
Your visual and verbal identity, unmistakably yours at every touchpoint.
Business Enablement
Enterprise foundations, from day one.
Before you book the call.
For most businesses under about twenty people, yes — a retainer with us typically costs less than two senior salaries and covers seven disciplines. The comparison stops working once you have enough volume to keep specialists busy full-time, and at that point we would rather help you hire than hold on to the retainer.
Projects are fixed-scope with no ongoing commitment. Retainers run monthly with thirty days' notice. We do not use twelve-month lock-ins — if the work is good you will stay, and if it is not you should not have to.
Often not yet, or not in the way you are imagining. Before demand generation there is usually positioning, a site that explains the product, and the measurement to learn from the first hundred visitors. We will tell you if the honest answer is to spend less than you were planning to.
Yes — we work across six countries, most often with founders of Indian origin building elsewhere, and with companies serving Indian markets from abroad. Work runs asynchronously with written reporting rather than standing calls.

FMCG & Cosmetics
Packaging that wins the shelf, and launches that build distribution demand before the truck arrives.
