Marketing that answers to a number

Performance-driven growth, measured weekly rather than quarterly.

The problem with most marketing retainers

You get a report at the end of the month. It has impressions in it. Nobody in the room can say whether the money worked.

We run it the other way round. Before a rupee is spent, we agree the number the work is judged on — usually cost per qualified lead, sometimes return on ad spend, occasionally something specific like OPD bookings or site visits. Everything else is diagnostics.

What we actually do

Paid media. Meta, Google, LinkedIn. Built in your accounts, structured so the reporting is readable, and reviewed weekly against the agreed number. We write and design the creative in-house, which means we can replace a tired ad in two days rather than two weeks.

Search. Technical fixes first, because a fast, crawlable site makes everything else cheaper. Then the content that answers what your buyers actually type, and the local work — Google Business Profile, reviews, citations — that quietly wins a disproportionate share of nearby searches.

Conversion. Traffic that lands on a weak page is a tax. We rebuild the landing pages, test the headline and the form, and keep the version that wins.

Lifecycle. Email, WhatsApp and CRM sequences, so a lead that isn’t ready today is still yours in four months.

How you see it

Everything runs inside Vortex OS, our own software. Spend by channel, leads by week, work in flight, and the weekly report — generated from live data, sent Monday morning. You do not have to ask us how it’s going.

Where this fits

Digital marketing alone is a leaky bucket if the brand is unclear or the website is slow. Most of our clients run this alongside brand and creative or web and technology — the same team, one contract, no finger-pointing about whose fault the conversion rate is.

What changes

What you should expect to be different.

01

A cost per lead you can defend

Not impressions, not reach. The number your finance team asks about, tracked from first click to closed enquiry.

02

Budget that moves toward what works

We review spend weekly and shift it. A channel that stops earning its place loses the money, usually within the month.

03

One team, not five vendors

The person writing the ad, the person designing it and the person building the landing page sit together. Nothing waits on a handover.

Questions we get asked

Before you book the call.

Below roughly ₹50,000 a month in media spend, paid advertising rarely gathers enough data to optimise, and you are better off putting the money into SEO, content or your Google Business Profile. We will tell you that on the first call rather than take the retainer.

Expect two to three weeks of learning before the numbers mean anything, and a genuine read on cost per lead by day 45. SEO is slower — three to six months for competitive terms, faster for local ones.

No. We charge a flat monthly fee for the work. A percentage model quietly rewards us for spending more of your money, which is the opposite of the incentive you want.

You do. We build every account under your own business manager, in your name. If you leave, everything stays with you, including the data and the audiences.
