Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Projects

Project engagements are quoted as fixed-scope work. The advance payment covers discovery, planning and initial production and is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel mid-project, you are invoiced for work completed and committed third-party costs up to the cancellation date; any balance held is refunded within [15] working days.

2. Retainers

Retainers run month to month unless a longer term is agreed. Either party may cancel with [30] days’ written notice. The current month’s fee is not refundable, as capacity has been reserved and work is in progress.

3. Media and third-party spend

Advertising budget, licences, hosting, stock, venue and similar pass-through costs are non-refundable once committed to the third party.

4. If something goes wrong

If a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, tell us within [7] days of delivery and we will revise it at no additional cost. Revisions beyond the rounds agreed in the proposal are quoted separately.

5. How to request

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent in writing to yash@vortexmedia.co.in. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
