A first-time guest is verified at the gate against their own ID. After that the pass carries their photo, and every later scan is instant.

Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan a QR code with their phone camera, register in a browser and receive a pass they can keep in their photos. Nothing to download, on any phone.
Does one pass work for a multi-day event?
Yes. A guest registers once and the same QR works for every night. The system records attendance separately for each date, so you know exactly who came on which night.
How do you stop one pass being shared?
A first-time guest is verified at the gate against their own photo ID, and their photo is then carried on the pass. Every later scan shows that photo to the volunteer, so a shared pass is obvious.
What do the volunteers need?
A phone with a camera and the link you send them. The door screen opens ready to scan, with a large ENTRY and EXIT toggle and a confirmation for every guest.
Can we get the data afterwards?
Yes. Every registration, with entry and exit times for each night, exports to a spreadsheet in one click.
