Event Photos finds each guest's face across the whole event and sends them only the pictures they are in. No app, no account, no scrolling through a folder of eighteen thousand photos looking for yourself.

02 — How it works

- 01 We upload the photos
Straight from the photographers, during or after the event. Faces are found as the pictures arrive, so searching can start while the event is still going.
- 02 Guests scan the QR code
On table cards, the entrance standee, the invitation or a WhatsApp message. It opens in the phone browser, no app, no account.
- 03 One selfie
The guest enters a name and mobile number and takes a selfie. It is compared against every face at the event in about a second.
- 04 Only their photos
A private gallery of the pictures they are in, ready to save in full quality or send on WhatsApp.

What organisers
ask first.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The QR code opens in the phone's browser. A guest gives a name and mobile number, takes a selfie, and has their photos, there is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can guests see other people's photos?
No. There is no shared album. Each guest gets a private link to the photos they personally appear in, and that link is the only way in.
How many photos can one event have?
Up to 50,000. They are processed at roughly 1,500 a minute, so a large wedding or a two-day conference is well inside what one event handles.
Can we upload photos while the event is still on?
Yes, and most hosts do. Photographers hand over cards through the evening, faces are matched as the pictures arrive, and guests find new photos each time they search.

Yes. A logo watermark, two logos, or a full frame designed for both portrait and landscape shots, plus your banner and welcome message on the page guests land on.
What happens to the photos afterwards?
They are deleted automatically at the end of the sharing period you choose, along with the selfies and guest details. Nothing is left online for someone to find later.

We do. Our team handles setup, the uploads, the branding and guest support, so nobody on your side is answering questions about photos on the night.
