The brand moments that have to happen in person
The brand moments that have to happen in person.
Nothing hides at an event
A campaign that underperforms is a number in a report. An event that underperforms is four hundred people standing in a car park wondering where to go.
That is why we do not split it up. The team that designs the identity builds the registration system, produces the day and edits the film. One run sheet, one accountable contact, no vendor blaming another vendor at 6am.
What we run
Runs and mass-participation events. Registration platforms, bibs and timing coordination, route branding, volunteer collateral, finish-line production, and the photography and film that sells the next edition.
Launches. Product and property launches — invitation systems, venue branding, stage and AV coordination, guest management, and content capture built into the schedule rather than bolted on.
Exhibitions and trade shows. Stand design and build, pre-show campaigns so your calendar is full before you arrive, lead capture on the stand, and a follow-up sequence that goes out while you are still packing up.
The unglamorous half
Most of the value is in the parts nobody photographs: the registration desk that does not queue, the vendor who arrives when the run sheet says, the backup plan for rain. We plan those in writing and we are on site when they are tested.
Events are also the fastest way to generate a year of content — one properly-covered day produces the film, stills and social material that would otherwise take three shoots.
What you should expect to be different.
Registration that does not fall over
Ticketing and entry systems we build and test ourselves, because a queue at the gate is the thing people remember.
One identity, everywhere
The bib, the banner, the stage, the Instagram post and the certificate all designed together, by the same people.
Assets that outlive the day
Film and photography captured to a brief, edited fast, and used to sell next year's edition while this one is still being talked about.
8 services, one contract, one team.
Sectors where we already know the terrain.
Before you book the call.
From a fifty-person product launch to mass-participation runs with thousands of registrations. Below about fifty guests you usually do not need an agency, and we will say so.
We build and run the registration platform; payments settle directly into your account through your own gateway. We never sit between you and the ticket revenue.
Eight to twelve weeks for a run or an exhibition, four to six for a launch. Less is possible and costs more, because everything has to be bought at short notice.
Yes. Plenty of clients run the event themselves and bring us in for the identity, the collateral and the registration system.
